I know this isn't exactly shocking news. After all, Cameron has already confused his job of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom with being Kronos. It's not really that far of a stretch for him to think he's also running the Everyday Victim Blaming Project.
Tonight, Cameron has managed to imply that he personally convinced the Attorney General to review the sentence of convicted child sex offender Neil Wilson for being unduly lenient; that Cameron has personally convinced the CPS to remove the prosecutor Robert Colover from cases involving sexual offences pending review; and has implemented a judicial review of the judge Nigel Peters. How Cameron found the time in between destroying the NHS, removing the Welfare State and trashing the economy is quite beyond me.
Cameron seems to think that the British public are all completely stupid and won't notice the fact that the Everyday Victim Blaming feminist collective have been tweeting, blogging and posting about this case since it came to their attention on Monday afternoon. Cameron thinks no one will notice that it isn't his name on the change.org petition. He's also managed to miss the nearly 40 000 people who signed the petition because they were angry at a 13 year old child being blamed for being a victim of sexual violence.
Of course, the media is already colluding with Cameron in his delusions but that's hardly a bombshell since the BBC has barely managed to actually report the complete destruction of the NHS. Frankly, Cameron and his posse of Titan-wannabees can have all the delusions they would like because we know the truth.
Today's announcements have nothing to do with Cameron and everything to do with feminist activism.
It was the women of Everyday Victim Blaming who made this case national news.
It was women and men standing up for a child victim of sexual violence which made the media care about this case.
This is what feminist activism is: kicking the shit out of the Patriarchy whilst they pretend it was their idea.
